Website flipping is not what it use to be. It use to be that any site with unique content sold for loads of cash in a matter of hours on a site like Flippa.com.
Those days are now gone and so are the fortunes of a lot of website flippers.
But there are still a few people selling sites for hundreds and even thousands of dollars every time they list one of their sites for sale..

They are simply selling the wrong type sites and have no idea what the right types of sites are.
